We are back home and getting right back to work.
Visiting with old friends was great. We both caught up with friends we have not seen in decades. The trip involved a lot of driving. We had a good time with the drive, sharing drive responsibilities and checking out the scenery. No problems, other than timing, that put us in stop and go traffic at the southern end. An hour and a half drive turned into four hours. Prior to that we were ahead of schedule on I-5 S. in California. Not sure how things are elsewhere. Semi trucks go 70 to 75 and passenger vehicles and medium trucks go 75 to 85. Every now and then, some faster. That is for four hours or so, not just a burst. We can handle the speed, it keeps you sharp!
